We think it's a brilliant base for staying in Florence. The hotel offers a continental breakfast with real cappuccinos, yogurt and also hard boiled eggs.

The room was very nice, comfy bed. The location for Florence was lovely and wonderful, close enough to magnificent restaurant, Railway station, and city center.

Fairly clean hotel, exceptionally kind personnel, very good breakfast. Newly decorated room with a functional bathroom. Amazing and lovely location, easy to get around with a train station close to the venue. Really had good stay on holidays.

Great location, within easy walking distance of an indoor market hall. Based near Santa Maria Novella's Church as well as central station.

Had facilities needed in my small room, including tea and coffee making equipment, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a 15th-century Dominican church: D

The place was fairly clean and we loved standard room. The breakfast was very good with cheeses and croissants, for instance, and the restaurant was pretty good. Lovely and wonderful location, a train station was close to our hotel. And it was relatively close to Trattoria Nerone, ate there couple of times.

The quadruple room was large by the cleanliness of the bathroom, so that guests had essentials. The breakfast was satisfactory with cheeses, fruit and yogurt and the restaurant food was fresh. The staff was accommodating and really good.

The location of Hotel Palazzo Vecchio was perfect for exploring the city. I was able to easily walk to the train station and the city center. Plus, the hotel had a convenient car parking option, which was a big bonus for me.

This hotel is excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious with good size bathrooms. I especially appreciated the excellent lighting in the bathroom. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Santa Maria Novella's Church at the rail station.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Very close to the train terminal. We were able to leave the hotel 6:45 and catch the 7:00 train. The room had a very nice balcony with a stunning view of the city. The air conditioned worked well and the bathroom was good. The rooms are equiped with a convenient frigobar.

The breakfast is fair, although some items could be better. The orange juice was not cold and no ice was avaliable, but this is minor stuff.

Realy nice hotel in the center of florence. Tricky to arrive by car as you have to cross traffic restricted areas, which you are allowed as hotel guest to pass. the front desk gave us a detailed city map and explain us the main points to visit. Breakfast was ok, but only italian standard. We would take it a second time.

The units are stylish, functional with views of the Duomo, a generous bathroom, as example. The location is magnificent and amazing - close to the train station. There is Bar Tonarelli nearby for a cup of coffee...

Staff friendly, location near train station, spacious family room, large bathroom, clean and comfortable, pleasant walk to popular areas.
